GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL STUDENT INFORMATION

Tuition and Fee Payment
Students classified as "graduate" or "professional" must clear their student account of any outstanding charges for any previous semester prior to the beginning of classes. Failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation of their registration.  

Students anticipating having a problem meeting the payment deadline should contact the Office of Student Accounts, before January 7, 2010, to make payment arrangements and to have their course registrations held. All charges not paid by January 5 will be assessed a late payment fee of $1.50 on each $100 owed. No transcripts will be issued for a student who has an outstanding or deferred balance. 

All new Graduate and Professional students must complete a "Graduate and Professional Student Charge Account and Deferment Agreement" form prior to January 7, 2010. Forms are available in the Office of Student Accounts, 110 21st Avenue South (Baker Building), Suite 100, or online at http://www.vanderbilt.edu/stuaccts/g_agreement.pdf.

Confirmation of Enrollment  
All Graduate and Professional students must complete and return the "Registration Data" form prior to the first day of classes to confirm their Spring registration. Your registrar will notify you if a Registration Data Form is required for your school.
