Spring Course Request Period for students enrolled fall.
To avoid being considered "not registered on time" continuing students must, by Friday, November 13, at 4:00 p.m. CST, have a minimum course load of at least 12 hours or received the permission of their Dean for a part-time load.

Jan 7

Deadline for payment of tuition, fees, and all other charges associated with the beginning of the semester.
Payment must be RECEIVED in the Office of Student Accounts by the close of business on January 7. Students who have not cleared their account by this deadline may be dropped from courses, their registration may be cancelled and Commodore Cash and OASIS access will be denied. A late payment fee will be assessed of 1.5% (minimun $5.00) on the outstanding balance.. Students anticipating having a problem meeting the payment deadline should contact the Office of Student Accounts at 615-322-6693 or 1-800-288-1144 before January 7, to make payment arrangements and to have their course registrations held.

Registration Period ends for all undergraduate students at 4:00 p.m. CST.
Registration for DUS students is 8:00-11:00 a.m. CST, University Registrar's Office, Suite 110, Baker Building.

Jan 13

First Day of Classes in most schools.

Jan 14 - Jan 20

Change Period and Pass/ Fail registration and Wait List period opens at 8:00 a.m. Changes may be made on a first-come, first-served seat availability basis. Waiting lists are available in most courses until 4 p.m. Tuesday, January 19.

Jan 20

Deadline to add a course, change sections, drop with no entry on the record and register for Pass/Fail status.
Change Period ends at 4:00 p.m. CST.

Mar 19

Last Day undergraduate students may withdraw from spring semester courses, 4:00 p.m. CDT. Last day to change from Pass/Fail to graded status in a spring semester course.
